My Coach
Everyone needs a coach and I am no different. Over the years, I have worked with Swami Sukhabodhananda,Mr. Gary Kristen, Mr. Srinivasan Ranganathan, and Mr. Balvinder Singh Sodhi,. It is through their insights and guidance I was able to shift the perspective from stuck to flow. The constructive feedback from my coaches has helped me get aligned with my true purpose in life.
Swami Sukhabodhananda
A world renowned spiritual master, a corporate guru, and an exceptional mentor. Swamiji is a great influence on me. He has shaped me into what I am today. I met him in the year 1999 when there was enormous turbulence in my life. Least to say I was a wreak
As it’s said when the student is ready the teacher will appear, it was exactly that. There are a lot of fake gurus and when my Friend Praveen told me about swamij. I was indifferent till I saw him on a TV program in which he coincidently appeared. I was in a despair moment and it was as if he was addressing me and asking me to register to one of his programs.
I registered for his Program called LIFE and then it was no looking back. Indeed I got my life back after that. I become his student from then on to this very day. He personally solemnized my wedding in 2001, blessed my daughter when she was born and was right through my journey of transformation from despair to living life of purpose. I am truly blessed.
Mr. Gary Kristen
Gary Said ‘Leaders must become Obsolete’ a powerful statement stayed with me ever since I met him in June 2011. Just 2 months after India winning the world cup. I was pleasantly surprised with his leadership ideas and the depth of knowledge he had on leadership values and building culture in an organization or a team.
Some of the topics that he helped me understand are as follows
- Building a winning culture
- Managing team dynamics
- Optimizing individual talent
- Creating informal team leadership
- Managing risk in a changing environment
- Unlocking team potential
After going through his structured training, it’s no surprise now for me that he inspired Indian team to win the world cup. Interactions with him inspired me to write the book I have written “Leadership Lessons from 22 yards”
Blair Singer
For nearly three decades, Blair Singer has worked with entrepreneurs and organizations in more than 30 countries to help them increase sales and develop great teams and leaders. He is the author of three books including SalesDogs and is a Rich Dad Advisor to Robert Kiyosaki.
I am so fortunate to have been mentored by Blair to become a certified coach.
Any training or coaching the biggest challenge is to sustain what you learned. He takes to a level that one has never experienced and teaches you to hold there. I was a different being once he trained me.
Mr. Srinivasan Ranganathan
Ranga has inspired me to share learnings and wisdom with fellow beings. He is the reason for my present Journey to be a coach. He is a master in “Leadership and Entrepreneurial Development” training. His purpose to mold and shape leaders for India is truly inspirational which he started along with our Former President A P J Abdul Kalam.
His personal life is truly profound. A very simple man with towering achievements. It’s my good fortune to have trained by him.
Mr. Balvinder Singh Sodhi
Balvinder Singh Sodhi is Vanto Group’s Country Manager for India. I met Sodhi in 2018. Sodhi is a tough coach. He makes one to see within oneself in no time.
He has trained me on how to rapidly improve organizational performance, and seize growth opportunities. His teachings of 3 Laws of Performance was magical. He is one of the top business coaches of India.
